Podcast is Finally Released!!

Just a short post to prelude my very first podcast guys!! The quality is low, my voice is a bit monotone, but I am super excited because it is such a long time coming. I have been trying to release this recording for over a month now and the technical things that go into not only recording it, but also trying to get it released on multiple platforms is insane!! I have so much to learn, but I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am about finally releasing what has been a year in the making starting from when I bought my laptop a year ago. I won't go into too much detail and I couldn't wait for approval from iTunes, so I decided to copy it directly to my blog. 

The podcast  went in a completely different direction than what I had originally outlined. I decided to jump right into a specific topic. Mental health has always been a very close and personal topic that many people struggle with on a regular basis. I guarantee you this won't be the last time I cover this. I just wanted to cover a few websites that I go to and also follow on social media that have useful resources and a great community of people as support. I wanted to use this podcast as my guinea pig to see how much work goes into it from the very thought of the topic to the publish date. It has been a very bumpy road and I have learned a lot in the process. I plan to use what I have learned for the future podcast episodes.
