New ideas about the Future

I have been brainstorming a few ideas over the past couple of weeks about the direction and focus of this blog. What is my brand? What is my Genre? My website name was very important for me to begin with and I put quite a lot of thought into it. It is quite simple when explained though. Strong represents the mind. Fit represents the body. Loved represents a support system. Originally when thinking about this name, I was focusing on what I wanted for myself. I wanted a strong mindset, a fit and healthy body, and a loving, caring support system. These are my three keys to a successful life and as long as I have these things I know I can get through anything. I want to share the knowledge I already know and learn more about the topics because other people that are passionate about them will also find my information useful. With that being said...

In more detail, STRONG is my idea of what I consider to be my desired mental state. I obviously struggle with anxiety and who doesn't have stress. The topics will cover anything that I have discovered to have benefit in my life so that I may be a stronger individual.

FIT represents health and although STRONG may play a role in the health realm, they are separate from the mental state and focused more on the body. I am a nurse, but also have a more focused energy in holistic health and wellness. I do not believe that a pill fixes all things and ultimately responsibility falls on us and our ability to understand our bodies. We must fill it with things that will aid in its function and longevity. It is up to us to keep our bodies at optimal level for our age. An individuals genetics and environment do have some affect on their health and these are things that are mostly out of our control. We must not be a product of our disease though and learn to cope with the cards we are dealt. These topics over being FIT will cover things that I personally have dealt with as well as things I may learn along the way with a range from fitness education to improving the function of your digestive tract. 

Last, but definitely not least LOVED. A person's childhood experiences and lifelong support system have major impacts on every aspect of their life including how FIT or STRONG an individual is. We must learn to not be enabled by our relationships and use them as a force to be the best that we can be given our situation. I believe everyone has a purpose and life is an adventure. Topics will include personal experiences, religion, politics, organizations, and social topics on families, friends, and significant others. 

In other news, I have been researching the idea of starting a podcast lately. My goals for the podcast would be to discuss material that people can relate to and learn from using resources and personal examples. My hopes would be to expand a person's knowledge of themselves and motivate to be a better version of that self. The podcast is in the making.
